The height of the rubber mold should be determined according to the relevant technical parameters of the vulcanizer used. For example, the maximum opening of the hot plate of the rubber mold is 300mm, and the maximum stroke of the rubber mold clamping is 250mm.
Therefore, the height of the rubber mold used in this type of vulcanizer should be 60-250mm.
As another example, the technical parameters of the rubber mold indicate the minimum thickness of the mold used, the distance between the hot plates and the mold opening stroke. The technical parameters of the vulcanization equipment of these manufacturers provide convenience for determining the height of the mold.
In general, the relationship between the height of the rubber mold and its other dimensions is: if the shape of the rubber mold is rectangular, its height should not be greater than 2/3 of the short side; if the shape of the rubber mold is square, its height should not be greater than the length of the side Half; if the shape of the rubber mold is round, its height should not be greater than the radius of the circle.
In the design, the height of the mold is best selected from the standardized size series.
The external dimensions of the rubber mold should be appropriate in design, and the ratio of length, width and height should be coordinated. In this way, when the mold is in use, its own heat capacity and thermal insulation performance can reach the ideal range of engineering applications.
