Pad printing is one of the methods of special printing. It can print text, graphics and images on the surface of irregular and heterogeneous objects. Now Shun is becoming an important special printing. For example, the text and patterns on the surface of mobile phones are printed in this way, and the surface printing of many electronic products such as computer keyboards, instruments, meters, etc. are all done by pad printing.
The principle of pad printing is to use the method of photo-making the steel plate into an intaglio plate, and then transfer it to the substrate through special silicone print head. The material of the product is different, and special ink is prepared to ensure the quality.
The process of the pad printer is divided into the following four points:
1. The ink is evenly covered on the steel plate by the brush.
2. Scrape off the excess ink by a scraping steel knife.
3. Lower the print head to the steel plate to pick up the ink in the pattern.
4. Move the print head down to the product to cover the pattern.
