Double Colour Plastic Injection Molding
Double color injection molding refers to the two different materials injected into the same set of mahine with two molds, so as to realize injection of parts formed by two kinds of material forming process. Can be two different color materials, also can be different hardness materials, it improve the aesthetics of products and assembly etc.
In most case, it is used in overmold plastic soft material to hard material, molding in one machine, don't need change the mold for overmolding, greatly shorten the molding time.
