A: Different products, different guarantee policy. For injection molds, we will provide spare parts for wearing components, then customer will repair the mold easily. For plastic parts, we all using raw materials. 

Q: What's your payment policy?

A: 50% deposit with PO, 40% balance once samples approval, 10% balance before molds’ shipment. 

Q: Can I get the products with our logo and design ?

A: Yes, The products are OEM or ODM with your logo and design.
