Q. What's your lead time?

A: For mold,normally 25 to 40 working days mold drawings approval with the deposit.

Q: How to approval samples?

A: You can visit our factory to checking the mold testing directly. Normally We will send free samples by DHL, TNT, FedEx Express. Modify mold is free. 

Q: What about your service support after deliver the production out?

A: Will provide spare parts with the molds packaging, then client can use the spare parts. For mass production, the raw material can be used at least 2-3years, so if problem feel free to let me know.
